Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, email, live chat, and social media monitoring. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Utilize computer programs and software to navigate and resolve customer issues, including data entry and typing simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous call center experience or strong customer service-focused work history
  • Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer programs and software simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working from home or in a remote environment

  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools
  • Experience with data entry and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
  • Benefits: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
