The Role

As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through live chat, resolving their queries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service, document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance

  • Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve customer service and support

Requirements

* 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

* Experience working in the insurance industry

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems and live chat software
