Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support
* Reproducing bugs and writing up problems for the development team to resolve
* Reporting on feedback and usability problems to help us improve our product and services
* Collaborating with the development team to resolve customer issues and implement improvements
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with our support and services
