Job Summary

As a part-time Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their orders, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through our innovative products and services. You will work closely with internal departments to meet customer needs, resolve product returns and shipping inquiries, and submit quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items. Key Responsibilities

* Guide customers through their orders and process them in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology

  • Communicate with positive, friendly customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Work with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of customer service experience; sales experience a plus
