Program Overview
Our On-Demand Certification Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to work as independent contractors, providing customer support to blithequark's clients. As a contractor, you'll have access to a variety of exclusive contracts, allowing you to choose from a range of projects that suit your skills and interests. You'll work from home, providing customer service via phone, chat, ticketing, or outbound calls, and earn money by supporting blithequark's clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a blithequark contractor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to blithequark's clients via phone, chat, ticketing, or outbound calls
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to blithequark
- Adhering to blithequark's quality standards and guidelines
Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet or satellite internet service is not permitted)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area

Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with blithequark. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
