Job Summary
As a Consultant, Global Equity – Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. You'll work closely with our team to ensure operational compliance, manage equity awards, and provide excellent support to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant, Global Equity – Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
Audit & Compliance:
+ Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans. + Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
Transaction & Reporting:
+ Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases. + Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations. + Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.
Stakeholder Support:
+ Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders. + Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.
Continuous Improvement:
+ Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday). + Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Consultant, Global Equity – Remote Data Entry Specialist. If you have:
Educational Requirements:
+ A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
+ No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus. + Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial.
