What We're Looking For

We're seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representatives to join our team of Mods. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support and service to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via chat and ticketing systems
• Resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing product and service information to customers
• Escalating complex issues to senior support teams as needed
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in high-volume customer service, preferably in a call center or online support environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience working with company escalation policies and procedures
• Full access to a work computer that meets minimum requirements
• Access to a high-speed and stable internet connection
• A quiet work environment free from distractions
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
