Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Handling customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused way
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and ticketing systems
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Bilingual language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
• Working knowledge of Sabre or other travel management systems
• Previous experience in a high-volume customer service environment
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
