Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Chicago, USA. As a key member of our GSIO team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of business cases and proposals to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain complex business models, forecasts, and analytics to inform business decisions
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations to drive business outcomes
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in on business initiatives
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and develop and implement solutions to drive business outcomes
• Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement technical solutions to drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations to drive business outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial management
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
• Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Sigma and Looker
• Experience with cloud-based applications, such as Salesforce and Google Cloud

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira and Asana
• Experience with data science and machine learning tools, such as Python and R
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS and Azure
• Experience with DevOps and continuous integration tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab
