Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels (calls, SMS, emails)
  • Guiding customers online regarding website-related issues, products questions, and payments matters
  • Referring queries/complaints to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution of complaints
  • Assisting customers with processing orders, modification of existing orders, and shipment details
  • Maintaining records of customers' complaints, queries, and resolutions in the customer support system/database
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution targets
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Possess a High School Diploma (equivalent to a US High School Diploma)
  • Have a strong proficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
  • Be proficient in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors
  • Be an online U.S resident

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

  • Higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or customer service
  • Knowledge of Amazon products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support systems
