As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:- Processing patient and medication data using our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and Walgreens' data entry procedures.
- Handling patient medicine requests, entering top-off orders, and investigating missing solution data.
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and prescribers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages.
- Resolving external exceptions by gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as needed.
- Collaborating with pharmacists and other team members to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Meeting productivity and quality standards, including handling a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including typing, using a mouse, and navigating software applications.
- Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, searching online, and completing forms.
- Typing skills of at least 25 WPM, with the ability to type by memory and organize records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:- At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
- At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction.
- Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing by memory and organizing records.
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
