Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers over the phone, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your main tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 45 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
