Job Summary

As a Full Stack Business Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement solutions that drive business results. Your expertise in forecasting, data analysis, and business process improvement will be essential in helping us scale our operations and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of forecasting models to drive business growth and improvement

• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for business improvement, and develop and implement solutions that drive business results
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business improvement and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, forecasting, or data analysis
• Proven expertise in data analysis and business process improvement
• Strong understanding of business operations and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, forecasting, or data analysis
• Experience working in a food delivery or logistics company
• Certification in data analysis or business process improvement (e.g. Certified Data Analyst, Certified Business Analyst)
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and business intelligence platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SAP)
