Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our team on a remote basis. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data while also assisting with general administrative tasks. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk/Administrative Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry or administrative assistant roles is preferred, but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using databases, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
