Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology and systems to resolve customer issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and reporting
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial team as needed
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Physical Requirements
