Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Advocate I, you'll work in a call center environment, responding to telephone and written inquiries from members and physicians in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You'll conduct research, provide solutions, and make decisions independently, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to telephone and written inquiries from members and physicians in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Conduct research to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Spend approximately 85% of scheduled time on the phone, according to business needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months of customer service experience or 6 months of experience in an office environment
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to make independent decisions
  • Ability to spend approximately 90% of scheduled time on the phone, according to business needs, and sit for long periods of time with scheduled breaks

Preferred Qualifications

* 9 months of customer service experience

  • Experience working with various lines of business, including CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in data entry and typing
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy (preferred)
