Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Contact Center Account Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting and selling our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound phone and multimedia inquiries, meeting established metrics and service level agreements
- Maintaining advanced knowledge of blithequark's product lines to provide accurate recommendations and troubleshoot service issues
- Identifying customer needs through conversations and account reviews, promoting cross-selling opportunities and generating qualified referrals to other departments when necessary
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meeting and complying with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including successful completion of background checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to promote and sell our products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting established metrics and service level agreements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot service issues and resolve customer complaints
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of the SAFE Act and NMLS requirements
- Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
- Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with disabilities or language barriers
