This is a remote 1099 Independent contractor position starting on April 15, 2024... In this role you will communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. Agents may be asked to transition to between channels at any time.
- You will be required to have your own equipment.* Job Responsibilities:
- Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership and resolve customer situations
- Scheduling appointments for customers
- Identify root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution
- Provided customer relationship management tool to research inquiries and document customer interactions
- Receive and respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems
- Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best in class service
- Exhibit a positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to work each and every day
- Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone and knowledge/use of proper grammar
- Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and co-worker Compensation:
- Pay: Production $14.00/HR - Training: $12.00/HR
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6:00 PM
- Training will be 10 days: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM Technical Requirements / MUST have your own equipment:
- Two screens, can be 2 monitors or 1 monitor and 1 laptop
- Use of Windows 10 or 11 Home or Pro OS desktop or laptop (No Macs or Chromebooks)
- Hardwired internet connection directly to router- just WiFi is not accepted
- High Speed Internet: Min. 45 Mbps Download/10 Mbps Upload
- A working computer camera
- Use of a USB or Wired headset with volume control & mute function TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS: Operating System / PC
- Windows 10 or 11 Home or Professional operating system (no Macs or Chromebooks)
- Two (2) available USB 2.0 or greater ports USB or Wired Headset
- Microphone, volume control, and mute functions Camera
- Integrated or USB Camera with 1080p resolution or higher. Please note that camera models will vary. Please make sure the cameras are compatible with Windows 10.
- Available on Amazon or any other major retailer. Standard Connection / Speed
- Must have Hard-wired connection (no wireless)
- Minimum 45 Mpbs download / Minimum 10 Mpbs upload
- Internet connection must not be shared with more than 3 devices in the same location CPU Speed
