Key Responsibilities
As a Pizza Maker or Shift Lead at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in preparing delicious pizzas and leading your team to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Pizza Making: Prepare and cook pizzas according to our high standards and quality recipes.
- Ingredient Management: Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored to maintain our commitment to quality.
- Shift Management (for Shift Leads): Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure shifts run smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and address any concerns or special requests with a friendly and attentive demeanor.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and dining areas, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and team members.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed to maintain our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service and high-quality product delivery, fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
Qualifications
While previous experience in a pizza-making or restaurant role is preferred, it's not required. We're looking for individuals with:
