High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 2. Previous customer service experience, especially in a call center or similar environment. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM software. 5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act independently. 6. High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home. 7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
