The Role

As a Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our various departments by accurately and efficiently inputting data into internal systems and databases. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision will be essential in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data. You will also be responsible for verifying and updating customer information, inventory records, and other data sources, as well as performing data quality checks and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities

* Accurately input data into internal systems and databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Verify and update customer information, inventory records, and other data sources, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies, identifying and implementing process improvements as needed.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless data flow and efficient workflow.

Requirements

* Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and a high level of autonomy.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and basic knowledge of databases, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace, ensuring a productive and distraction-free environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education preferred.
