Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

Application Requirements

To apply for this role, you'll need to:

  • Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
  • Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM EDT
  • Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
  • Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin

Location

This role is based in Mississippi, and you'll need to reside in the state to be eligible for the position.
