The Role

As a Phones, Tickets, and Chats Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed customer expectations. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver world-class support to our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels

  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize knowledge bases and resource sites to research and resolve issues
  • Perform minor troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior support agents
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with top-tier brands or in a similar industry

  • Knowledge of customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Experience with minor troubleshooting and technical support
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
