The Role

As a Health Insurance Data Entry & Verification Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our insurance verification processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data from attached PDFs into an internal form with precision and accuracy
  • Calling U. (users) to verify information and resolve any discrepancies
  • Collaborating with our team through shared task dashboards and web-based tools to ensure seamless workflow
  • Meeting deadlines and following detailed task instructions consistently
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
