Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, navigate our website and online ordering, and become a product and solutions expert. We'll equip you with the tools and training to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering
  • Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide legendary service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Compensation and Perks

* Pay from $25 to $29 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential

  • $2 Shift Differential
