Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, navigating our website and online ordering system, and providing expert product knowledge to customers. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
• Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
