About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service experience through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats
  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter application data, interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and maintain accurate records
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels and maintain a high level of professionalism

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hiring
  • Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera
  • Commit to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
  • Meet the minimum internet speed requirement of 35 mb/s with an ethernet connection
  • Have moderate to advanced computer skills, a high level of comfort learning new technology, and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual skills are a plus
