Job Summary

As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Data entry and research studies
  • Online focus groups and product testing
  • Micro tasks and other research-related activities
  • Working with clients to understand their research needs and deliver high-quality results

Key Responsibilities

* Data entry and research studies: + Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database + Conduct research studies and gather data as required + Analyze data and provide insights to clients

  • Online focus groups and product testing:

+ Participate in online focus groups and product testing sessions + Provide feedback and insights to clients + Conduct product testing and provide recommendations

  • Micro tasks and other research-related activities:

+ Complete micro tasks and other research-related activities as required + Work with clients to understand their research needs and deliver high-quality results

  • Client communication:

+ Communicate with clients to understand their research needs and deliver high-quality results + Provide regular updates and insights to clients

Requirements

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

  • Current USA resident
  • Speak, read, and understand English/Spanish (a plus as more opportunity is available to you)
  • Able to focus and follow through
  • Computer, laptop, or mobile device required
  • Microsoft Word or Excel helpful as a tool to keep yourself organized, but not mandatory
  • Data entry skills: Ability to read, write, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support helpful but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* LapTop: You may be asked to use your webcam. These types of studies typically pay more. You'll need a stable internet connection. You may be asked to conduct a study using your SmartPhone.

  • Data entry skills: All studies require that you be able to read, write, and take direction as well as type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
  • Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support helpful but not mandatory.

Pay and Benefits

* Up to 250 hours per single research study session

  • Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
