Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, using your own device, and will have access to our cutting-edge technology and training resources.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email correspondence - Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to customers - Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing projects and updates - Manage time and tasks efficiently, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in our systems and processes - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices - Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Personal device with functioning camera required for training period - Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period - Minimum Internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet connection - Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required; mobile internet service providers and satellites not compatible
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish Bilingual, a plus
