Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, your daily activities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and address their inquiries
  • Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Maintaining extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Completing necessary paperwork and quality control measures to ensure seamless operations
  • Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and advance your career

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues

  • 18+ years of age to ensure you're eligible for our benefits package
  • Must pass a background check to ensure your safety and the safety of our clients
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
