Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mohnton, PA. As a key member of our sales support team, you will provide administrative support to our Director of Operations, assist with onboarding documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors, and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible schedule, with the potential to grow into more hours, and a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Part-Time Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Director of Operations, including maintaining weekly sales plans, call reports, and customer contact files
  • Assisting the Sales Support team in completing onboarding documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors
  • Monitoring and supporting manufacturer sales reps and distributors to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
  • Effectively using Microsoft Office to communicate via email, analyze customer data, and maintain accurate records
  • Delivering exceptional customer service with professional phone and verbal communication, including answering customer questions and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
  • Building strong relationships with customers and vendors through open and interactive communication
  • Demonstrating product knowledge to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
