Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our systems and processes
  • Provide training and support to new team members as needed
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
