About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering an amazing customer experience to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support to our customers. You will also be required to interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and to use your creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently to our clients
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and use creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Complete application data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop your knowledge and skills, and to achieve certifications and performance incentives
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues

Essential Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of job offer
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera required for the training period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, and cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (not compatible with mobile internet service providers, satellites, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders)
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, and a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service and support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual, a plus

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be eligible for a competitive hourly salary range of $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, plus performance incentives.
