Job Overview

Your daily activities will include inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, basic computer knowledge, completing necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems

  • Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, showcasing our products and services in a clear and compelling manner
  • Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork, manage customer data, and perform other administrative tasks
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure that our customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, time management skills, and a customer-first mindset. You must be at least 18 years of age, pass a background check, and have a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required). While customer service and/or retail experience is preferred but not required, we welcome applications from individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our organization.
