About the Role

As a Remote Customer Care Advisor at blithequark, you will play a vital role in educating clients on tailored benefit solutions, presenting to clients on Zoom, and developing and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will work independently as part of a high-performing team, managing client portfolios with accuracy and professionalism. This is a commission-only role, with a competitive average first-year OTE of $70,000–$100,000, plus monthly residuals on each enrollment. Key Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on tailored benefit solutions, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our services

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and relationship-building skills
