Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients and their members, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls from clients and their members, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns

  • Set appointments and conduct presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure that our service meets the highest standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their members through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Essential Qualifications

* Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and their members

  • Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Upbeat and positive attitude, with a strong energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, including all levels of management and employees
  • Strong team player with a commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience, preferably in a supplemental benefits or related industry

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in basic computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
