The Role

As an Experienced Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class support to our patients and advocates. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in their healthcare journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions to the satisfaction of our clients and advocates
• Gathering and tracking feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the ongoing development of our customer experience
• Building strong relationships with our clients and advocates, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and tailoring our support to meet those needs
• Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve complex issues, leveraging your creative problem-solving skills and technical expertise to find innovative solutions
• Staying up-to-date on our systems, tools, and technology, using that knowledge to provide expert support and guidance to our clients and advocates
