Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You will be the product and solutions expert, equipped with the knowledge and skills to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped with the knowledge and skills to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
