Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations, and completing necessary paperwork. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Completing necessary paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications
* Good verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy and a passion for delivering results
- Ability to interact effectively with people and groups at all levels of management and employees

Preferred Qualifications
