Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You will communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You will also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
