Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You will also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Compensation and Perks
