This role supports enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives and ensures the system's stability, performance, and security across engineering and manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities:PTC Windchill Senior System Administrator with experience in Configuration, Support and system business administrationsGood experience in Windchill system and business administrationExperience in Support, Windchill update and Upgrade as adminExperience with creating workflows and lifecyclesExperience in vaulting replica ConfigurationGood knowledge on Windchill visualization servicesExperience in working with Windchill Work goup ManagerExperience with rehost/cloningSound knowledge on CAD, BOM and Change ManagementGood knowledge on Windchill clusterGood knowledge on Business scenariosFamiliar with Windchill ProjectLink, PartsLink modulesGood knowledge on Quality Management, System Risk ManagementExperience in Windchill 11.xParticipate in a DevOps culture including supporting CI/CD, the development and maintenance of a robust and reliable build pipeline and appropriate automated testing for product team functionality.Good understanding of Middleware and Windchill integration with enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, and MES.Experience with CAD systems such as SolidWorks, CREO, AutoCAD, CATIA and their integration with WindchillGood Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentKnowledge on Windchill API s and Data structureExperience in Windchill ConfigurationsExperience in developing and debugging using IDEs Eclipse and similarDatabase Experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.Required Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in Windchill system administration, preferably in a senior or lead role.Strong understanding of PLM concepts and PTC Windchill architecture.Experience with PTC Creo and other CAD tools is a plus.Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Perl, JavaScript) and database management (Oracle, SQL).Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Windchill 12.xExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
