Junior Project Coordinator (Remote, Contract)

We are searching for a curious, full of energy, motivated Junior Project Coordinator looking to jumpstart his/her career! The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and eager to grow their project management and research skills within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will:
  • Act as a liaison between management and individual team members;
  • Maintaining a close working relationship between all members;
  • Coordinate job tasks between team members;
  • Serving as an intermediary between clients and staff members, answering questions from clients;
  • Responsible for setting up meetings to discuss issues and keeping up communications;
  • Providing administrative support for team members. Requirements:
  • Advanced level of English
  • Direct, organized, and accessible
  • Administrative and managerial experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in Adobe and Office software
  • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus.
