Responsibilities
As an Airport Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up and resolving issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items
- Utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Handling customer interactions with poise, professionalism, and a smile, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
- Performing other related duties as assigned, leveraging your skills and experience to drive results
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items of up to 70 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
- Be a local resident (in-state) with a valid driver's license
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and up to a 10-year background check
- Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
- Demonstrate physical ability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs and be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment

Schedule
As a remote Airport Customer Service Agent, you will work a variety of shifts, including:
- 4-hour shifts, with flexibility to work day, evening, or morning shifts
