Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing customer information, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines. You will work closely with our operations, customer services, and account management teams to facilitate auditing, data entry, and customer communication. Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer information with accuracy and speed, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
  • Coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management teams to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
  • Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
  • Carrying out duties deemed necessary by blithequark management to ensure the success of our operations
  • Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other key operating standards
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as blithequark policies and procedures
  • Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
  • Verifying customer records using the system
  • Setting up DCS screens
  • Transmitting data to customers
  • Researching and resolving system data issues

Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies

  • Effective communication skills
  • Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role
  • IT literacy with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
