Job Description

As a Senior Customer Support Representative - Remote, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer support challenges in a time-critical environment, managing multiple administrative tasks, and providing general administrative support when needed. Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will enable you to analyze customer problems, communicate solutions, and provide timely and professional responses to high-volume incoming requests.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Resolve customer support challenges in a time-critical environment using problem-solving strategies

  • Manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Analyze customer problems and communicate solutions verbally and/or in writing timely
  • Answer high volumes of incoming requests professionally and quickly, demonstrating appropriate etiquette
  • Provide general administrative support when needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Knowledge and Skills

* Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access) or similar software

  • Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred
  • Customer Service experience - Preferred
  • Clerical Support experience - Preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
