Primary Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Entry Clerk - Remote, you will be responsible for:

• Operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations
• Reviewing and verifying the work of lower-level employees
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 1+ years of equivalent working experience
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
• Prior stable work experience
• Availability to work any 8-hour shift (40 hours / week) between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, including occasional overtime and weekends based on business need
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
