Job Description

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You'll utilize your excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills to provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Handling over 100+ customer inquiries per day in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment via phone, online, or chat
• Utilizing empathy and effective communication skills to respond to customer inquiries
• Utilizing multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries
• Leveraging standard screens, verbatim scripts, and procedures to build the blithequark Financial brand
• Actively managing and escalating risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment
• Proficiency in multiple systems and technology platforms
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

• A credit screening may be required for some roles within blithequark Home Lending
• Relevant experience in the financial services industry
• A strong understanding of digital banking and payments
