Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
- Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating detailed reports, and performing data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Designing and developing packages for internal clients
- Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas:
+ Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platforms – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development programming languages/knowledge/experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Transact SQL + Database knowledge/experience – MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with reporting platforms – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of blithequark systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database knowledge/experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
