Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You will utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, navigate computerized systems, and troubleshoot customer questions. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Navigate computerized systems to respond to and troubleshoot customer questions
  • Utilize standard screens, scripts, and procedures to resolve customer issues
  • Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
  • Build the blithequark brand by providing industry-leading care and innovative solutions
  • Engage with over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment via phone, online, or chat
  • Utilize empathy and effective communication skills when responding to customer inquiries
  • Leverage multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with technology and navigating computerized systems
  • Strong empathy and customer service skills
